Once emerged, your private guide will lead you on a stroll through the iconic city center. You’ll visit the religious heart of Florence, admiring the intricate marble façade of the Duomo Complex (the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Brunelleschi’s Dome, and the Baptistery). The tour continues to the civic center, Piazza della Signoria, an open-air sculpture gallery featuring the stunning Palazzo Vecchio. Finally, you will cross the legendary Ponte Vecchio and conclude at the magnificent Basilica di Santa Croce, the final resting place of Italian luminaries like Michelangelo, Galileo, and Machiavelli. This is the perfect experience for first-time visitors, families, or anyone seeking a deep, yet efficient, appreciation of Florence’s highlights.
